I love this little boy's cooking obsession. He emptied out all my pots and pans from the cupboard the other day and said over and over again, "Mom, I luff cook." I said, "I know you do buddy."
He is always eager to help me in the kitchen whether it is washing the dishes or cooking a meal. I have to admit it is sometimes a frustration. I have to put all ingredients away the minute I use them or he will add a little extra. He has been known to add extra salt, cinnamon, or what ever else is left on the counter. He thinks he is helping.
He also loves his play food. He is a great pretender. He will cook as long as there is someone to enjoy his play creations.
