It was a Pho-bulous Day today.
One of my favorite people, Barbara, made me Pho today.
I begged her.
I told her I would buy all the ingredients if she would cook it.
It was amazing!
I had a bowl for breakfast and a bowl for dinner.
I can't tell you how happy it makes me.
Barbara and I meet four years ago.
I love her story.
She was born over in Vietnam.
Her mother is Vietnamese.
Her father a American Solider from Texas.
He had red hair.
She learned to make Pho from her mother.
It is basically beef over rice noodles with yummy toppings like cilantro, basil, onions!
She has also taught me to make egg rolls.
I love learning new thing from amazing women.
I am glad to have her in my life.
