ELIZABETH and SIERRA

We prayed every day for six months together that Sierra could find a friend that would help make going to Junior High easier and someone who would support her values. I am so glad she found Elizabeth. Elizabeth is not a member of our church but her parents have fostered strong values and morals in her and I am so glad these two are friends. They love spending time together and always get entirely too creative. This day they played out by the pond until their boots were solid and shoes were a solid block of mud.

JAMES's BIRTHDAY

James had a birthday. He had a chocolate cake and a few presents. He loved it. He was anxious for his birthday because his brother had one a few days earlier. We just had a quiet celebration at home. 

BRONCHITIS

Ashton had bronchitis and an ear infection all week. We had to go see our doctor which was fun. He is always so busy. Luckily, we have a great doctor who let's kids be kids. Ashton pushed the doctor's stool around the office. I told him to stop but he wouldn't without melting. In his defense he was really sick. 

ASHTON'S BIRTHDAY

For Ashton's birthday we went to Get Air and Chick-fil-A. The boys had a great time. Sierra bought both the boys a remote control car from the Family Dollar. They were both five bucks but I was surprised how well they ran. They are still working a month later and the boys love them. 

LESLIE's FATHER's BAPTISM

While we were in Guatemala Leslie's Father was baptized. It is amazing to me how much this family has embraced the gospel of Jesus Christ.
