My parents came for another dental appointment. They just stayed overnight. We love having them. I was exhausted. I didn't even plan a nice dinner. Mom found something to cook and cleaned the kitchen while I sat on my chair. I apologized profusely. I have had an overwhelming sense of guilt lately. I just can't seem to have the energy to do all that is required of me. I am exhausted beyond reason. It was good to have them come and lift my spirits and laugh with me.
