We went to the park today after school
It was such a beautiful day.
James was so happy to be outside.
Madison slipped on the merry-go-round and scrapped up her elbow.
She was bummed about it on the way home
Sierra kept offering her solutions to help her elbow feel better.
Madison snapped, "Just let me be Sierra!"
I started singing, "Let her be. Let her be. Not letter B, but let her be. Speaking words of wisdom, let her be, not letter B. Not letter A or letter D, just LET HER BE."
Until Sierra put an end to my impromptu song.
Soon, she is going to realize how truly awesome I am.
