We had a really yummy breakfast yesterday.
I had a boyfriend once who loved to run. I enjoy running. We would run together early in the morning. Afterwards he would make what he called Popeye pancakes. His mother invented the name because she was a mother of all boys and when the pancakes would puff up they looked like Popeye's muscles. Well, thankfully that relationship didn't last but my love for this breakfast food did.
My girls call them Popeye pancakes too. They love to watch that old cartoon on YouTube while they eat them. Click on the dinner tab above for the recipe. Easy.
