I have been in a crappy mood.
James has been so sick.
I have been under the weather.
I have been up to my eyeballs in paperwork with this house.
Running here there and everywhere.
Last night as I crawled into bed next to Madison to read her bedtime stories I said, "I quit!"
She said, "Mommy you can't quit. We need you."
I thought it was the most precious thing and exactly what I needed to hear.
As she snuggled in close to me she said, "Who would make us dinner if you quit."
Good point.
"I tried daddy's dinner once and it was gro-O-sss!"
